Tenants

As a tenant renting through the corporate letting company you will find us to be straightforward to deal with, knowledgeable and keen to promote fairness in tenancy agreements. We firmly believe that it is not in our clients (the landlord) interest to have a tenant who feels hard done by. A good tenancy is a happy tenancy.

Please do remember that, as well as paying the rent, you will also be liable for all utilities including council tax, you will pay to insure your possessions.

A deposit will typically be the equivalent of five weeks rent (or six weeks when the annual rent is over £50,000) which the corporate letting company will hold as stakeholders. This gives you peace of mind that, at the end of the tenancy, not a penny can be released to either party without the prior written approval of both landlord and tenant. We are regulated by The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), which guarantees that your money is 100% safe. We are also members of the Property Ombudsman.

Whilst the bulk of our business is true corporate business we do also let properties to professional singles, couples or families who will be thoroughly referenced. We regret that we do not let to sharers or students. The vast majority of our clients are investor landlords, which is an advantage to you as it means that the properties are generally available for long term tenancies if required.
