As a client of the corporate letting company you will find that your costs are kept to a minimum with our terms and conditions of business being clear and unambiguous. We do not charge extra for tenancy agreements, management visits (when we are employed to manage the property for you), booking inventories etc and always work hard to ensure that any management costs involved give you the best value for money. Even our rent collection service comes with no extra charge which spreads the pain of fees over the year.

Our considerable experience allows us to speak frankly to you regarding your property. We can advise on any works required and our appraisal in terms of asking price will be based on comparable evidence and our wealth of experience. We will be realistic at all times as opposed to flattering you at the outset only to disappoint later.

The considerable bulk of our business is to the true corporate market but we will from time to time also house thoroughly referenced non-corporate tenants. We do not look after the student or sharers market. Many of our tenants come from companies such as BP, Canon, Shell, Gillette, HSBC to name but five.

Our management service is, we believe, second to none with a very hands on approach as opposed to some distant call centre. This can been seen in the number of properties which we have been asked to manage even though another agent may have found the tenant. There are no properties that we have let which another agent manages.
