Established in 2001, the corporate letting company was set up by Katie and Tim Cooper. Both Katie and Tim worked for many years for a high street agent, but became disillusioned with the unnecessary bureaucracy and felt that independence was the only way forward.
As a client of the corporate letting company, there is only one number to call for any query relating to your property, be that marketing, accounts or property management. We do like to keep things as simple as possible and one of the key areas for this is with our T’s & C’s. Our fee (which varies according to level of service) plus VAT at the prevailing rate is all you pay us. We believe we are the only agent in Richmond to do this. Most other agents (some with a lower headline fee) make up the difference and more by charging you for tenancy agreements, deposit registration, profiteering on works completed etc.

Fiona runs our comprehensive property management department. Having joined us in 2008, Fiona has developed our already successful property management department and, as well as managing a large percentage of our properties, she also manages a number of properties which have been let by other agents.

Jane is an extremely experienced property manager who has worked and lived in the area for many years and she joins us to help with our ever expanding property management department. Jane has worked for a number of other local companies and her experience is unrivalled.
