As a tenant renting through the corporate letting company you will find that your costs are kept to a minimum. We do not charge for tenancy agreements, credit checks are charged at cost and we do not insist on worthless holding deposits. Instead we prefer to process the paperwork speedily to ensure that everybody has peace of mind. Also we do not charge you for the registering of your deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Our staff are very experienced and will be able to deal confidently with any queries you may have about the process of renting a home, the tenancy agreement itself or the market in general.

Please do remember that, as well as paying the rent, you will also be liable for all utilities including council tax, you will pay to insure your possessions and you will pay for the inventory check in unless the tenancy agreement states otherwise.

A deposit will typically be six weeks rent which the corporate letting company will hold as stakeholders. This gives you peace of mind that, at the end of the tenancy, not a penny can be released to either party without the prior written approval of both landlord and tenant. We are regulated by The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), which guarantees that your money is 100% safe.

Whilst the bulk of our business is true corporate business we do also let properties to professional singles, couples or families who will be thoroughly referenced. We regret that we do not let to sharers or students. The vast majority of our clients are investor landlords, which is an advantage to you as it means that the properties are generally available for long term lets if required.
