At the early stages we can give ballpark advice and we will then frequently actually visit your potential purchase if you are seriously considering making an offer. This is never a problem with the sales agents as they see this as the final step before possibly agreeing a sale to you. We do not charge for this service and hope that our reward will be your instruction to let the property.
We also believe that the best advice is prudent long-term advice and we will be happy to guide you on the best way forward should you be seeking a short-term income or long-term capital growth. Whilst it would be great to have both, this is not normally possible.
